摘  要:围绕江苏省现代化职业教育体系建设试点工作,常州工学院与常州旅游商贸高等职业技术学校合作开展了"中职与普通本科3+4分段培养"项目,按照"专业对接,课程衔接,实践导向,中高连贯,校企合作"的思路,开展高技术技能人才培养的试点工作。通过对该项目中职阶段课程体系和传统中职课程体系的对比研究,深入分析计算机平面设计专业"3+4"分段培养项目在人才培养方面的影响,呈现该项目在课程体系方面的比较优势。As a pilot project of modern vocational educational system of Jiangsu province, the 3-year secondary vocational education with 4-year undergraduate education program jointly set up by Changzhou Institute of Technology and Changzhou Technical Institute of Tourism Commerce follows the concept of″corriculum connection,practice orientation,secondary and higher vocational education continuation and school-enterprise cooperation″ to train high-tech technicians.Through a comparative study of secondary curriculum systems for this "3+4" program and traditional secondary vocational program for computer graphic design specialty, the effects of this "3+4" program on personnel training were analyzed and advantages of the continuation program were revealed.
