摘 要:采用一米平面光栅摄谱仪测定地球化学样品中银含量,根据《测定不确定度评定与表示》,对测定结果进行不确定度评定。分析了影响测量不确定度的主要来源,包括称样质量、标准样品定值、摄谱仪的不稳定性、测光仪的不稳定性引入的不确定度分量组成。对影响不确定度的各分量进行量化,并计算得到合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。通过计算求得当样品中银的含量为0.36μg/g时,其扩展不确定度(k=2)为0.011μg/g。In this paper, the content of silver in geochemical samples was measured by one meter plane grating spectrograph, and the uncertainty of measurement results was evaluated according to the evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement. The main sources of the uncertainty of measurement are analyzed, including the quality of the sample, the sample value of the standard sample, the instability of the spectrograph and the uncertainty component of the instrument. The components of uncertainty were quantified, and the standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. When the content of the sample was obtained by silver 0.36 g/g, the expanded uncertainty (k=2) for 0.011 g/g.
