摘　　要：介绍清洁度对拖拉机液压系统的影响,液压元件和系统的清洗方式,清洁度检测制样和检测方法,以及如何对运行中的拖拉机液压系统进行清洁度控制,确保拖拉机液压系统的清洁度在液压敏感元件的污染耐受度范围内,进而提高拖拉机的产品质量和使用寿命。In this paper, the influence of cleanliness on the tractor hydraulic system is mainly introduced, hydraulic components and way of cleaning in system, preparation of cleanliness inspection sample and testing methods, and how to control the cleanliness in the running tractor hydraulic system, in order to ensure the purity of tractor hydraulic system in the range of pollution tolerance of hydraulic pressure sensitive element, and improve the product quality and service life of tractor.
