摘　　要：长期以来,船舶上的翅片式换热器在航修理时,翅片侧污垢的清洗都是一个难题,根据船舶翅片式换热器清洗的实际情况,广州人和公司发明了便携式电加热冷热双温高压清洗机,并且成功的应用于船舶翅片式换热器的清洗实际,实现了翅片式换热器无需拆卸,即可以原位采用物理清洗与化学清洗相结合的清洗工艺进行清洗,该方法是达到同样修理效果的新修理模式。For a long time,the cleaning of the fin-side heat exchanger is a difficult problem in the repair of the fin-type heat exchanger on ships. According to the actual situation of the fin-type heat exchanger cleaning,the Guangzhou and the company invented the portable Electric heating hot and cold dual-temperature high pressure washer,and the successful application of the ship fin heat exchanger cleaning practice,to achieve the fin heat exchanger without demolition,that can be used in situ physical cleaning and chemical cleaning combined Cleaning process to clean,the method is to achieve the same repair effect of the new repair mode.
