摘 要:实验采用不同浓度(0,0.05 mg/L,0.1 mg/L,0.2 mg/L,0.4 mg/L,0.6 mg/L,0.8 mg/L,1.0 mg/L)的赤霉素(GA)对白刺花(Sophra davidii)幼苗进行处理,以探讨GA对白刺花(Sophra davidii)幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的GA均可促进白刺花根长的伸长,以0.6 mg/L GA处理12 d主根最长;随着GA处理浓度的增加,茎长的呈现先升高后降低的趋势,0.05 mg/L的GA处理12 d茎长最长;0.05 mg/L的GA处理12 d侧根数目的增多更为显著;随着GA浓度的升高,真叶数目也不断增加,以0.6 mg/L GA处理12 d真叶数目最多。研究还发现:随着GA浓度的升高,短期处理(3 d)叶绿素a、b含量以及POD活性在0.2 mg/L GA时最高,电导率在0.4 mg/L GA时最高;中期处理(6 d)CAT、POD活性在0.6 mg/L GA时最高;长期处理12 d;叶绿素a、b含量在0.4 mg/L时最高,电导率在0.6 mg/L GA时最高。In this research,different concentrations(0,0.05 mg/L,0.1 mg/L,0.2 mg/L,0.4 mg/L,0.6 mg/L,0.8 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L) of gibberellin(GA) were used to treat the seedlings of Sophora davidii so as to explore the effect of GA on the growth and development.Results showed that GA,at different concentrations,could accelerate the elongation of the roots of Sophora davidii.The main root of the Sophora davidii seedlings treated by GA at a concentration of 0.6 mg/L for 12 d was found to be the longest.With increasing concentration of GA,the stem length tended to firstly increase and then reduce,and was shown to be at its maximum after 12 d of the treatment using 0.05 mg/L of GA.In addition,the number of lateral roots increased the most in this treatment group.As the concentration of GA increased,the number of euphyllae increased,and was at its maximum after being treated for 12 d using 0.6 mg/L of GA.Besides,the study also revealed that,with the growing concentration of GA,the chlorophyll a and b contents and the peroxidase activity(POD) were the highest in a short-term treatment(3 d) using0.2 mg/L of GA,while the highest conductivity was found in the group treated with 0.4 mg/L of GA.For mediumterm treatment(6 d),the highest activities of catalase(CAT) and POD were found in seedlings treated with 0.6 mg/L of GA.The highest chlorophyll a and b contents,and the highest conductivity,were observed in groups treated with 0.4 mg/L and 0.6 mg/L of GA for 12 d,separately.
