摘 要:多纹泥炭藓为泥炭藓科多年生植物,是中国西南地区重要的保水植物之一,在园艺、花卉、苗木及药业等领域有着广泛的应用。自然生长条件下,多纹泥炭藓生长速度慢、周期长,生物量少,无法满足市场需求,而且对野生泥炭藓的大量采挖会造成生态的极大破坏。人工种植泥炭藓是解决这一难题的有效途径。该研究以不同生长阶段的泥炭藓为材料,探讨了在不同时期施加不同植物调节剂及浓度对泥炭藓生长的影响,根据发生分枝数目、分枝长度、生物量增长及坏死率等方面筛选出不同阶段最适的调节剂种类和浓度。结果表明在幼苗期最好选用10-4 mol/L的IAA,在成苗期则选择10-8mol/L的NAA效果最好。Sphagnum multifibrosum is an perennials of sphagnum.It is one of the important keeping water plants in southwest in China.It has been widely used in gardening,flowers,nursery stock and the pharmaceutical industry and other fields.Under the natural conditions,it has slow growth speed,long lifespan,less biomass,as well as is unable to meet the market demands.At the same time,the large amount of excavations of wild sphagnum plants cause the great damage of ecology.Artificial planting sphagnum is an effective way to solve this problem.We discussed the effect of different plant growth regulators and concentration on growth of different periods of Sphagnum multifibrosum used different growth stages of Sphagnum multifibrosum as the research materials.According to the number of branch,branch length,biomass growth and necrosis rate,we selected the optimal plant growth regulators types and concentrations on the different stages.Results showed that 10^-4 mol/L IAA was the best choose at the seedling period,while effect of 10^-8 mol/L NAA was optimal during growth time.
