摘  要:基于粒收玉米的生产需求及其品种选育所遇到的严峻挑战,本研究以玉米选系和测配为主题,简要回顾了中国近几十年来玉米选系的成就、方法,现状及水平;并从实战性出发试图从选材组材、群体大小、选择方法等角度,对粒收玉米所需的株型、脱水、抗性的选择进行探讨;提出了保障育种目标顺利实现的大群体、高密度、严淘汰的选育策略,并就这种大群体选择策略的组织管理和效益进行了深入探讨;也提出了与育种目标相适应的测配方法。力图与黄淮海及其以北地区的育种同行,共同探讨实现中国粒收玉米育种的突破、促进玉米全程机械化生产的可能性。Facing the severe challenge of production demands and variety breeding on kernel mechanized harvesting maize, this article, on the subject of inbred selection and testing, briefly summarized the achievements, methods, current situations of maize breeding in recent decades. Explored the selection of some crucial characteristics, such as plant type, kernel dehydration, and resistance, of maize in terms of plant breeding materials crossing, population size as well as selection methods. Proposed a feasible breeding strategy of the mass population, high density and stringent elimination, corresponding breeding management efficiency were discussed thoroughly. Proposed a test procedure appropriate for the breeding objectives. We would take endeavor, together with breeding peers in Huanghuaihai plain and its' north area, to discuss and seek jointly the possibility to achieve breakthrough in maize breeding and promotion of whole course mechanized production.
