摘　　要：原发性痛经是妇科常见病之一,近年国内外对其发病机制的研究不断深入。除了激素的作用,子宫的机械因素,神经系统、免疫细胞与细胞因子等也成为原发性痛经新的研究方向。本文拟就原发性痛经发病机制的研究进展进行综述。Primary dysmenorrhea （PD） is one of the most common gynecological diseases. There have been a lot of new researches on pathogenesis of PD in recent years, such as mechanical factors of the uterus; the nervous system; immune cells and cytokines, etc. This review summarizes the current state of influence factors and pathogenesis of PD.
