摘　　要：目的提高水处理设备的工作效率、降低故障率,保证清洗、消毒、灭菌工作的正常进行,有效地预防和控制院内感染,确保医疗安全。方法根据水处理设备的原理和操作要求,制定精细化管理方案,强化培训、运用标识管理、加强日常巡查,保障水处理机正常运转,减少故障发生率。结果采取精细化管理后人员操作规范性提高,设备巡查率提高,设备故障率降低。结论精细化管理能有效的提高工作效率,并能及时发现工作中存在的问题。Objective To improve the efficiency of water, treatment equipment, lowerfailure rate, guarantee the normal progress of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization work, effective prevention and control of nosocomial infections, and ensure safety. Methods According to the principles of water, treatment equipment and operational requirements, developing fine management programmes, intensive training, use of identity management, strengthening of routine inspections to ensure nm^nal operation of water, treatment machines, reducing the failure rate. Results adopting meticulous management personnel to operate standard increase, equipment inspection rate, failure rate. Conclusion The refinement of management can elk fectively improve the efficiency and timely detection of problems in the work.
