自制可视气管插管管芯的临床应用

摘　　要：目的自制可视气管插管管芯的临床应用价值。方法择期行气管插管全麻患者80例,排除困难气道和有严重并发症的患者,随机分为四组(n=20):A组(自制可视气管插管管芯)、B组(Macintosh喉镜+自制可视气管插管管芯)、C组(Shikani可视插管镜)、D组(Macintosh喉镜)。比较用于全麻下经口气管插管时对非困难气道患者声门显露情况、气管插管成功率和插管时间等影响。结果 (1)自制可视气管插管管芯单独或在Macintosh喉镜辅助下均顺利完成气管内插管。(2)自制可视气管插管管芯单独或在Macintosh喉镜辅助下气管插管与Macintosh喉镜比较,声门C/L1级显露率高、插管并发症少、一次插管成功率高。(3)自制可视气管插管管芯单独或在Macintosh喉镜辅助下气管插管与Shikani可视插管镜比较声门C/L1级显露率和插管并发症差异无统计学意义。结论自制可视气管插管管芯声门显露明显,插管成功率高,插管损伤减少,值得在临床进一步改进和推广应用。Objective The clinical value of application of self - made visual endotracheal intubation tube core. Methods We selected eighty patients into study who were undergoing selective tracheal intubation of general anesthesia and excluded patients with difficult airway and serious complications. That patients be randomly divided into four groups （n = 20 ） ： group A （visual cores） , group B （Macintosh laryngoscoPe ＋ visual core） , group C （Shikani visual intubation mirror） and group D （Macintosh laryngoscope）. The incidence of glottis, tracheal intubation success rate and intubation time in pa- tients with non - difficult airway under general anesthesia were compared. Results 1. Self - made visual tracheal intuba- tion alone or in the Macintosh laryngoscopy assisted the completion of tracheal intubation. 2. Self - made visual tracheal intu- bation alone or in the Macintosh laryngoscope assisted tracheal intubation compared with the Macintosh laryngoscope, the glot- tis C/L1 level high exposure rate, intubation complications less, a successful rate of intubation. 3. There was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity and intubation complication of the glottis C/L1 level compared with the Shikani visual canuula with separate or tracheal intubation alone or under the aid of a Macintosh laryngoscope. Conclusion Self - made visual tracheal intubation tube glottis revealed significantly, intubation success rate is high, intubation damage reduced, it is worth further clinical improvement and promotion and application.
