补土肃肺针法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补土肃肺针法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及安全性分析。方法:选取符合纳入标准的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,两组均给予呼吸内科常规治疗及护理。对照组给予吸入用布地耐德混悬液联合孟鲁司特咀嚼片治疗;治疗组给予补土肃肺针刺法,治疗8周后观察两组患者治疗前后症候积分、肺功能及不良反应情况,统计临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为94%,对照组临床疗效总有效率为82%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组在症候积分(咳嗽、咯痰、胸膈满闷)方面、肺功能方面与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用补土肃肺针法解决了气道变态反应性炎症,也解决了气道高反应性状态,有效地缓解咳嗽变异性哮喘患者临床症状,改善肺功能。Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of Butu Sufei acupuncture in the treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods： Cough variant asthma patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group. Two groups were given routine nursing care of respiratory medicine. The control group was given inhaled budesonide suspension combined with montelukast chewable tablets; the treatment group was given Butu Sufei acupuncture. Observe two groups before and after treatment according to symptom score,lung function and adverse reaction after 8 weeks of treatment,collecting the statistics of clinical efficacy. Results： the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94% and the total effective rate of the control group was 82%. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In the treatment group according to the symptoms（ cough,expectoration,chest stuffiness） and lung function compared with those in the control group,there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Butu Sufei acupuncture therapy can treat airway allergic inflammation,and can also treat the airway hyperresponsiveness. Moreover,it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of cough variant asthma and improve lung function.
