基于GoPubMed针灸治疗抑郁症的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:分析PubMed中收录的针灸治疗抑郁症相关文献,以了解应用针灸治疗抑郁症的概况。方法:应用GoPubMed检索针灸治疗抑郁症的相关文献,获得从主题、出版年限、期刊、作者所属国家和城市等方面分析的可视化结果。结果:PubMed中共收录文献845篇,最近10年保持稳定增长的趋势;文献中高频词有抑郁、人类、针灸、针灸疗法、焦虑等;发文期刊主要分布在中国、英国、美国。结论:针灸治疗抑郁症的文献量逐年增加,但影响仍然有限。针灸治疗抑郁症的相关动物研究很难应用到临床实践,也缺乏确切的疗效证明,这些阻碍了针灸临床研究的发展。Objective： To analyze the related literatures of depression treated by acupunctur in Pub Med to understand the situation of depression treated by acupuncture. Methods： GoPubMed was used to retrieve literatures about depression treated by acupuncture to obtain the visualized results about the subjects,publication dates,periodicals,authors＇ countries and cities. Results： Pub Med included 845 articles of literatures,and during the last 10 years there was a steady growth; high frequency words in the literatures included depression,human,acupuncture therapy,acupuncture,anxiety and so on; published journals were mainly distributed in China,Britain and the United States. Conclusion： The literatures of acupuncture for treating depression have been increased year by year,but the influence is still limited.
