近10年针刺治疗偏头痛机制研究进展

摘　　要：通过检索近10年来国内外有关针刺对偏头痛机制影响的文献,理清针刺治疗偏头痛机制研究现状,发现针刺主要能从以下几个方面改善偏头痛的症状:调节脑部疼痛区域及颅内血流量,调节SP、CGRP、5-HT、β-EP在血浆中的含量,平衡ET和NO、血栓素B_2与6-K-PGF1_α、Gsa和Gia的比例等。针刺治疗对偏头痛机制的影响明显,为治疗本病提供理论支持,并为未来研究提供了方向。By searching through the literatures in recent decade,clarify the current status for the treatment of Migraine by acupuncture. Acupuncture can improve the symptoms through the following aspects： regulating brain and vasomotor function,adjusting contents of SP,CGRP,5-HT and β-EP in the blood,balancing the ratio of ET and NO,TX B2 and 6-K-PGF1α,Gsa and Gia. Acupuncture treatment has an obvious effect on Migraine,which provides a theoretical support and a research direction for the future research.
