摘  要:为充分认识添加剂对聚乳酸热性能的影响,以四水硝酸钙和磷酸氢二铵为原料制备了β-磷酸三钙,分别考察了β-磷酸三钙对聚L-乳酸非等温结晶行为、熔融行为和热稳定性的影响。非等温结晶行为显示β-磷酸三钙作为异相成核剂可显著提升聚L-乳酸的起始结晶温度、结晶峰值温度以及非等温结晶焓;而降温速率的增加则会削弱β-磷酸三钙的成核效应。熔融行为测试进一步证实了β-磷酸三钙对聚L-乳酸的结晶加速效应,同时β-磷酸三钙的含量以及结晶温度都会影响聚L-乳酸的熔融行为。β-磷酸三钙的加入并不能改变聚L-乳酸的热失重行为,且热分解起始温度还略有下降。β-Tricalcium phosphate was prepared through calcium nitrate and ammonium phosphate to evaluate its influence on polymer. The effect of β-tricalcium phosphate on the non-isothermal crystallization,melting behavior,and thermal stability of poly( L-lactic acid) was investigated. Non-isothermal crystallization behavior showed that β-tricalcium phosphate,as a heterogeneous nucleating agent,could significantly increase the onset crystallization temperature,the crystallization peak temperature,and the crystallization enthalpy,but the increase of cooling rate would weak the nucleating effect of β-tricalcium phosphate.Melting behavior results further indicated the acceleration effect of β-tricalcium phosphate for poly( L-lactic acid),and both the β-tricalcium phosphate concentration and crystallization temperature also significantly affected the melting behavior. The addition of β-tricalcium phosphate could not change the thermal stability of poly( L-lactic acid),however,β-tricalcium phosphate caused the onset thermal decomposition temperature to slightly decrease.
