摘　　要：对7所医院细菌污染调查,空气污染超标率为23.9％,消毒剂污染超标率为20.4％,物体表面污染超标率为37.0％,医护人员手污染的超标率为24.3％。灭菌器材的污染率达32.7％。Bacterial contamination in seven hospitals of Hefei City, Anhui Province, was investigated in 1989. It was found that the rates of contamination beyond allowable limit for air, disinfectants, surfaces of various objects and hands of medical staffs were 23.9%, 20.4%, 37.0% and 24.3% respectively. Bacteria could still be detected in 32.7% of sterilized medical appliances. Recommendation for improving hospital disinfection and administration was put forward.
