摘　　要：以科威特RA/211公路项目某三跨连续箱梁桥工程为例,从混凝土灌注桩基、现浇连续箱梁、桥面伸缩缝等方面对桥梁施工工艺进行阐述,并从材料机械设备、合同信息管理、与业主及合作方关系、施工技术及施工进度等方面对海外工程管理经验进行总结,为后续类似工程项目的实施提供参考经验。Taking the Kuwait RA/211 road engineering project of a bridge of three-span continuous box girder as an example, this paper elaborates the bridge construction process and technology including concrete filling pile foundation, cast-in-situ continuous box girder and bridge deck expansion joints, etc., makes a summary on overseas project management experience, covering the aspects of material and mechanical equipment, contract information management, and the employer and partner relationship, construction technology and construction schedule etc. It provides references for the implementation of future similar projects.
