泻痰清肺方对支气管哮喘患者血清TNF-α和IL-8水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察泻痰清肺方对支气管哮喘患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法:选取支气管哮喘患者和健康对照组各50例,进行中医泻痰清肺方治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附测定技术检测血清TNF-α和IL-8含量,绘制受检者工作特征曲线评价指标诊断价值。结果:血清TNF-α和IL-8水平支气管哮喘患者均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。TNF-α水平与IL-8水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示IL-8和TNF-α的曲线下面积分别为0.851和0.909。泻痰清肺方治疗后患者TNF-α和IL-8水平明显降低。结论:TNF-α和IL-8可能参与了支气管哮喘发病过程,中医泻痰清肺方治疗可降低支气管哮喘患者血清TNF-α和IL-8水平。Objective：To observe traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）treatment of Xietan Qingfei decoction on bronchial asthma patients with the detection of serum TNF-αand IL-8levels.Methods：A total of 50 cases of bronchial asthma patients and 50 cases of healthy control groups were selected,two subgroups were divided in the treatment group,TCM treatment group took traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Xietan Qingfei decoction,western medical treatment group received conventional western medicine treatment,and no therapeutic strategy was applied in the control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay detected TNF-αand IL-8levels.Receiver operating characteristic was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic value of indexes.Results：TNF-αand IL-8levels in bronchial asthma patients was significantly higher than those in the control groups（P〈0.05）.The level of TNF-αand IL-8were positively correlated（P〈0.05）.The area under the curve of IL-8and TNF-αwas 0.851 and 0.909,respectively.After Xietan Qingfei decoction treatment,TNFαand IL-8levels were significantly decreased.Conclusion：TNF-αand IL-8both participate in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.TCM treatment of Xietan Qingfei decoction can reduce TNF-αand IL-8levels of bronchial asthma patients.
