骨坏死区靶点注射川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗股骨头坏死临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察骨坏死区靶点注射川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗股骨头坏死临床效果。方法:104例经股骨头坏死患者资料作为研究对象,分成两组,对照组52例,常规西药治疗,研究组52例,骨坏死区靶点注射川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗,观察不同方法治疗后在临床症状、血液动力学和Harris评分变化情况。结果:疗效上,对照组优良率48.07%、总有效率71.15%,研究组优良率67.31%、总有效率86.54%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血液流变学指标均低于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组无变化;治疗后两组患者临床症状积分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗后研究组临床症状积分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨坏死区靶点注射川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗股骨头坏死临床效果显著,可改善症状,促进血液循环,提高疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the injection of ligustrazine injection combined with western medicine on the treatment of femoral head necrosis with the target of the bone necrosis area.Methods：104cases of patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head as the research object,divided into 2groups,52 cases in the control group,conventional western medicine treatment,the study group of 52 cases,bone necrosis area target point injection ligustrazine injection combined with western medicine treatment,observation of different treatment methods in clinical symptoms,hemodynamics and Harris score changes.Results：The efficacy of the control group,the excellent rate was 48.07%,the total efficiency of 71.15%,excellent rate of the research group was 67.31%,the total efficiency of 86.54%,significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）;the study group after treatment hemorheology indexes were lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,the control group had no change;after treatment,the two groups of patients with clinical symptom scores were significantly improved compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the clinical symptom score after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bone necrosis area target point injection ligustrazine injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of femoral head necrosis significant clinical effect,can improve the symptoms,promote blood circulation,improve the curative effect.
