祛风通络中药热敷治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛风通络中药封包热敷疗法治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎的疗效。方法:将68例在本院住院的小儿髋关节滑膜炎患儿根据住院先后次序依照随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组各34例,其中治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用祛风通络中药封包热敷疗法,对照组进行常规治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)变化情况。结果:治疗组在临床疗效及VAS评分结果上均优于对照组。结论:祛风通络中药封包热敷疗法治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎有祛风散寒、活血通络止痛的疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Qufeng Tongluo packets compress in treatment of synovitis of hip joint in children.Methods：68children with hip synovitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group（30cases）.The control group was given conventional treatment,observation group given packet of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results：The effect of treated group was better than control group.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress packet has significant effect.
