摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童重症社区获得性肺炎患儿血清平均血小板体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)水平及其临床意义,为儿童SCAP的严重程度判断提供更多临床的依据。方法:646例社区获得性肺炎患儿根据肺炎病情的轻重分为SCAP组56例和非SCAP组590例,对照组为100例正常体检患儿,收集其临床资料及实验室指标进行分析。结果:儿童CAP组PCT、MVP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),两组血WBC、CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。儿童SCAP组MVP水平明显高于非SCAP组(P<0.01),两组血WBC、CRP、PCT水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MPV一定程度反映了儿童重症社区获得性肺炎的严重程度和炎症的程度。Objective The application and significance of Mean platelet volume（ MVP） in children with severe community - acquired pneumonia,it would provide more evidence for evaluation of the disease degree. Method A total of 646 childrens who diagnosed community acquired pneumonia were divided into SCAP group with 56 children and non - scap group with 590 children based on severity of the disease. There were 100 children who were healty in control group, the clinical manifestation dan laborato-ry indexes were analysed by statistical software. Results Procalcitonin （PCT） and MVP in CAP group increased statistically sig-nificantly compared with that of control group（ P 〈 0. 01） , Serum white blood cell（ WBC） count, C ractive protein（ CRP） levels were no significant difference in this two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. MPV in SCAP group increased statistically significantly compared with that of non - SCAP group （ P 〈 0.01 ） , WBC, CRP, PCT levels were no significant difference in this two groups. Conclusion MPV is a simple index and reflects the CAP severity and the inflammation degree.
