摘 要:目的:探讨平原移居高原人群出现红细胞(RBC)、血液流变学以及肺动脉收缩压(PASP)的变化。方法:选取进入西藏高原环境工作一年的汉族男性40例,分别于进入高原前和返回平原后3天内采血,检测血常规和血液流变学以及心脏彩超。结果:研究对象移居高原返回平原初RBC、PASP、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数、全血黏度低切变率、全血黏度高切变率数值均较进藏前升高,且有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);血浆黏度切变率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在高原低氧条件下平原人群机体血液、呼吸、循环系统会发生一系列改变适应环境,甚至导致病理性改变。Objective To investigate RBC,the indexes of haemorheology and pulmonary arterial systolic pressure changes in Han high altitude immigration during the process of altitude acclimatization. Method 40 males of Han nationality were selected to work in Tibet Ali area one year,their blood sample were collected and taken heart color Doppler detection before entering the plateau and in the first three days after returning to plain. Results In the early of return to plain,the level of their RBC,PSAP,e- rythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte deformation index, low shear rate of whole blood viscosity, high shear rate of whole blood viscosity had significantly increased (P 〈 0. 01). Shear rate of plasma viscosity had no statistical differ-ence (P 〉0. 05). Conclusion Under the condition of high altitude hypoxia, the blood, respiration and circulation system of the plain population will have a series of changes to adapt to the environment, and even lead to pathological changes.
