优质口腔护理改善楔状缺损修复的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:分析优质的口腔护理对楔状缺损患者的生理、心理及修复效果的干预作用。方法:大量右下颌第一前磨牙楔状缺损患者中,将所有采用Z350树脂修复的身体健康的25~35岁患者(共183名,其中男96名,女87名)随机分为两组,对照组97例(男51例,女46例),试验组86例(男45例,女41例)。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用改进后护理,探究优质口腔护理对患者术前、术中及术后心理及一年后修复体脱落率的干预效果。结果:相对于对照组,试验组患者在术前、术中及术后对医护的满意度提高(男女均P<0.05),男女性别之间无差异(P>0.05),在修复术前和术中的恐惧感和一年后修复体脱落率均降低(男女均P<0.05),男女性别之间无差异(P>0.05)。结论:优质的口腔护理,可以减少患者在修复术前和术中的恐惧感,提升患者对医护的满意度,增加患者与医护配合度,获得更好的修复效果。Objective Our aim was to observe the effects of high quality oral care on the repair material abscission rate and the physiological and psychological of patients with wedge - shaped defect. Method All 25 to 35 years old patients with wedge -shaped defect of right lower first pri - molar teeth, received and cured in Jilin University Hosipital of Stomatology, obtain 96 men and 87 women,were assigned at random to one of control group and experience group,patients in control group were routine oral care and in experience group were high quality oral care,to explore the intervention effect of high oral care on patients？ psy-chology, in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative and loss rate of repair body after a year. Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the experimental group improved the degree of satisfaction in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative （Men and women P 〈0. 05） ,there was no difference between men and women（P 〉0. 05） ,and both fear of patients in the preoperative and intraoperative and repair material abscission rate after a year were decreased （ Men and women P 〈 0. 05 ） , there was no difference between men and women （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Quality oral care, can reduce the fear of patients in the preoperative and intraoperative, improve the patient＇s satisfaction with doctors and nurses, increase the degree of cooperation between patients and doctors and nurses, and get better repair effect.
