基于创新链视角的科技与金融耦合实证研究

摘　　要：基于创新链视角,将科技创新过程分为研发、成果转化、产业化三个阶段,搜集我国2006~2014年省级区域统计数据,采用熵值法分别测度创新链三个阶段与金融的耦合程度。研究结果表明:我国各省科技创新与金融耦合协调度整体偏低,区域间差异明显;创新过程在研发、成果转化阶段与金融的耦合协调度优于产业化阶段。根据研究结论提出促进区域科技创新与金融耦合协调发展的相关政策建议。Based on the perspective of innovation chain, technological innovati on process is divided into three stages, which included research and development, achievements and industrialization. Collecting the provincial regional statistical data from 2006 to 2014 of our country, to measuring the degree of coupling about finance in the three stages of innovation chain by entropy method. The results show that technology innovation and finance in low coupling-coordination degree overall in various provinces and cities of our country,and the differences between regions are obvious. In technology innovation process,the stage of research and development, achievement transformation are better than industrialization degree incoupling degree. According to the research conclusions, puting forward to promoting the related policies about the coordinated development of？regional scientific and technological innovation and financial coupling.
