摘  要:目的系统评价膏方治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性和安全性。方法全面检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库1996年1月—2016年1月的相关文献,将符合纳入标准的9篇文献作为Meta分析的研究对象,选择心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效作为效应指标,采用Cochrane协作网免费提供的RevMan5.3专业软件进行统计分析。结果心绞痛疗效的合并OR值为3.72(P<0.000 01),95%CI为(2.41~5.74);心电图疗效的合并OR值为3.46(P<0.000 01),95%CI为(2.38~5.03),二者比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论现有文献证据表明,应用膏方治疗冠心病心绞痛是有效的。Ohjeciive To evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese herbal paste (Gaofang) in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods According to the requirements of evidence based medicine, China journal full text database (CNKI) ,Wanfang database and VIP database from January 1996 to January 2016 were searched.Nine relevant literatures to meet the inclusion criteria were selected as a meta analysis object. The curative effect of angina pectoris and ECG effect were selected as effect index. Statistical analysis was conducted using RevMan5.3 specific software provided by Cochrane collaboration network. Results The curative effect of angina pectoris of the combined OR value was 3.72( P 〈0.00001 ),and its 95% CI was (2.41~5.74),ECG efficacy of the combined OR was 3.46 ( P 〈0.000 01),and its 95% CI was(2.38-5.03) .The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion The available literatures show that the application of Chinese herbal paste (Gaofang) in the treatment of angina pectoris is effective.
