5W视角下英国报业转型策略及启示

摘　　要：英国报业是世界报业转型成功的典范。从5W理论出发,英国报业的转型策略:优化人员结构,主攻数字新闻;紧跟用户需求,注重数据和多媒体化新闻报道;多管齐下,提高信息到达率;实行精细化管理,并监测传播效果。据此为我国报业转型提出了4点建议。The transformation strategies of British newspaper are a successful model in the world. Based on 5W theory,the article analyses its transformation strategies,including optimizing personnel structure,concentrating on digital news,following the user requirements,paying attention to data and multimedia news,improving information arrival rate with multi-pronged channels,implementing fine management and monitoring communication effect. According to these four proposals,Chinese newspaper industry transformation strategies are put forward.
