肌钙蛋白I快速床旁检测时不同类型样本对检测结果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨快速床旁检测肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)用不同类型样本对检测结果的影响。方法收集该院自2016年1—8月的96例患者样本,其中男61例,女35例。分别采集EDTA-K2抗凝全血,EDTA-K2血浆,肝素锂抗凝全血,肝素锂血浆,普通血清管,分别用BECKMAN COULTER DXI800和重庆中元POCT法检测各自cTnI含量,检测结果用SPSS18.0统计学软件及Microsoft Excel对各组结果采取相关分析,求其相关系数(r),判断各检测结果之间的临床可接受性。结果以美国BECKMAN COULTER DXI800全自动化学发光定量检测cTnI结果作为标准,测定不同类型样本的cTnI结果与重庆中元公司快速检测法分析仪检测相同浓度的相关系数分别是rEDTA-K2抗凝全血管=0.901 2,rEDTA-K2抗凝血浆管=0.871 6,r肝素锂抗凝全血管=0.883 6,r肝素锂抗凝血浆管=0.852 1,r普通血清管=0.982 4;不同类型样本cTnI快速检测结果(POCT法)比较,抗凝全血组结果较普通血清组结果明显偏高(P<0.01)。结果差异有统计学意义,血浆组结果较普通血清组结果明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论此次实验结果显示重庆中元生物有限公司快速床旁检测cTnI的常规样本采集最佳样本为普通真空管。Objective To discuss the effect of different types of samples in the rapid bedside test of troponin I on the test results. Methods 96 cases of patients in our hospital from January to August 2016 were selected including 61 males and 35 females, and the EDTA-K2 anticoagulative whole blood, EDTA-K2 plasma, heparin lithium anticoagulative whole blood,heparin lithium plasma were respectively collected and each cTnI content was tested by the BECKMAN COULTER DXI800 and Chongqing Zhongyuan POCT method, and the test results were given the correlation analysis by the SPSS18.0 statistical software and Microsoft Excel, and the correlation coefficient was calculated(r), and the clinical acceptability between various test results was determined. Results The correlation coefficient between the cTnI results of different types of samples using the American BECKMAN COULTER DXI800 full automatic chemiluminescence results as the standards and results of the same concentration tested by the Chongqing Zhongyuan Company rapid test analyzer was respectively rEDTA-K2 anticoagulatory whole blood vessel=0.9012, rEDTA-K2 anticoagulatory plasma tube=0.8716, rheparin lithium anticoagulatory whole blood vessel =0.8836, rheparin lithium anticoagulatory plasma tube =0.8521 and rcommon serum tubes =0.9824, and the results in the anticoagulatory whole blood group was obviously higher than that in the common serum group(P<0.01), and the difference had statistical significance, and the results in the plasma group was obviously higher than that in the common serum group(P<0.05), and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The experimental results show that the best collection sample of cTnI routine samples by the rapid bedside test in Chongqing Zhongyuan Biological Co., Ltd is the common vacuum tube.
