产妇对助产士门诊服务需求的调查分析

摘　　要：助产士应当是为产妇提供连续性服务的、具有专业技能的人员,助产士对孕产妇的指导和陪护能够为孕产妇提供心理支撑、技术指导。以助产士门诊服务是否被孕产妇所需求为题,设定包括基本信息、对助产士门诊的认知、助产士门诊需求情况三个部分的调查问卷,向满足情况的产妇进行发放,然后对回收的问卷进行整理分析。调查问卷的结果展现了被调查对象认为开设助产士门诊有必要,大部分人愿意去就诊,但是对助产士门诊的认识不足,同时,被调查孕产妇对助产士门诊的开设提出了一些建设性的意见。综合问卷结果,从认识开设助产士门诊的必要性、加强助产士队伍建设、拓宽助产士门诊服务方法三方面满足孕产妇对助产士门诊的需求,更好的为助产士的工作做指导,以更好的为孕产妇服务,提高孕产妇的满意度,为提升孕产妇生产质量提供保障。Midwifes should be the personnel who can provide continuous service for the delivery women, and the guidance and company of midwifery of midwifes can provide mental support and technical guidance for the delivery women, the ques-tionnaires including the basic information, awareness of midwife outpatient and midwife outpatient demands were designed taking whether the midwife outpatient service was needed by the delivery women and then issued to the delivery women, and the results show that it is necessary to design the midwife outpatient, and most people are glad to see the doctor, but people’s awareness of midwife outpatient is insufficient, at the same time, the surveyed delivery women put forwards some opinions for the establishment of midwife outpatient, and we should meet the demands of the delivery women for the midwife outpatients from being awareness of the necessity of establishing the midwife outpatient, enhancing the midwife team con-struction and broadening the midwife outpatient service method thus better proving guidance for the midwife work, provide service for the delivery women, improve the satisfactory degree of delivery women and provide guarantee for improving the birth quality of delivery women.
