妇产科手术室麻醉药品管理探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨妇产科手术室中麻醉药品的管理方法。方法选取该院2016年妇产科手术室麻醉药品使用管理的所有资料,前半年该院使用常规麻醉药物管理方法进行管理,后半年使用新型麻醉药物管理模式,将两组资料进行对比。结果新型麻醉药物管理模式的各项指标均优于常规管理,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用新型麻醉药物管理模式能够有效的对麻醉药品进行管理,提高麻醉医生的满意程度,减少麻醉所需时间,具有非常高的临床应用价值。Objective To discuss the management method of narcotics in operating room in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods All data of use management of narcotics in operating room in the department of gynecology and ob-stetrics in our hospital in 2016 were selected and the data in the first half of a year used the routine narcotics management method for management, while the data in the second half of a year used the newly narcotics management model for man-agement, and the data were compared. Results Various indexes of newly narcotics management model were better than those of routine management, and the differences were obvious with statistical signif icance（P〈0.05） . Conclusion The use of newly narcotics management model can effectively manage the narcotics, improve the satisfactory degree of anesthesiologist and decrease the anesthesia time, which is of extremely high cl inical application value.
