摘  要:目的分析并探讨应用己酮可可碱护理指导对糖尿病足病变皮肤微循环的影响。方法选取近1年间来该院就诊的糖尿病足患者共120例,依据随机原则将其分为对照组(采用常规的治疗及护理方法)与护理组(采用己酮可可碱进行护理指导),观察两组临床疗效。结果对照组中治疗前20 min后MPD值为与护理组MPD值相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组中两天后MPD值和5 d后MPD值为均低于护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗中,应用己酮可可碱对糖尿病足患者进行正确用药及护理指导,其安全性较高,同时能取得很好的疗效,具有临床使用价值。Objective To analyze and explore the effect of pentoxifylline on the microcirculation of diabetic foot disease. Methods The patients with diabetic foot in recent 1 years in our hospital were 120 cases, according to randomly divided into control group (the treatment and routine nursing) and nursing group (with pentoxifylline Nursing), observe clinical curative effect of two groups. Results After 20min MPD value and MPD value of nursing group had no significant difference than treatment in the control group was not statistically significant(P 〉 0.05); after two days in the control group MPD value and MPD value were less than five days after the nursing group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In clinical in the treatment, application of pentoxifylline to correct medication and nursing instruction of patients with diabetic foot, its safety is high, and can obtain very good curative effect, with clinical value.
