摘  要:将制备得到的多功能改性木质素基陶瓷添加剂(MLCA)与碱木素进行红外光谱测定对比,结果表明MLCA已经成功引入了磺酸基团、膦酸基团及季铵基团。通过对碱木素和MLCA的综合性能对比可知,经过改性的MLCA其助磨性能、流动性能、稳定性能及增强性能等均得到大幅度的提升。与市面上常用的添加剂进行对比,结果表明,MLCA制备的陶瓷浆料流出时间为34.0s,厚化度1.10,陶瓷生坯强度为2.22MPa,其综合性能优良,适用性更强。The quatemized lignin-based multi- functional ceramic additive denoted as MLCA and alka lilign in were analyzed by FT-IR, the result indicated that the sulfonic group, phosphoric acid group and quaternary ammonium group were successfully introduced into MLCA. Compared with alka lilign in, the results manifested that the performances of the modified MLCA, including grinding performance, flow properties, s tability performance and enhanced performance were better than those of a lka lilign in. Compared with the commonly used additives in the market, the performances were summarized as follows: 34.0s o f ceramic slurry flow time, 1.10 of thixotropy and 2.22MPa of the breaking strength of green ceramic body. The comprehensive performance was better and the application range is wider than single addtive, which can be widely used in the ceramic industry.
