蚕丝织物的诃子色素染色工艺

摘　　要：研究了染色工艺条件对蚕丝织物的诃子色素直接染色上染百分率的影响,以及媒染剂质量分数和染色方法对蚕丝织物表观色深的影响,测试最佳染色工艺条件下染色蚕丝织物的颜色特征和色牢度。结果表明,诃子色素直接染蚕丝织物的最佳工艺条件为p H4,保温染色温度85℃,保温染色时间40 min;氯化铈、氯化镧、硫酸铝作媒染剂,最佳染色方法为后媒染色法,最佳质量分数为4%(o.w.f),浴比1︰50;氯化钙作媒染剂,最佳染色方法为同浴媒染法,最佳质量分数为2%(o.w.f),浴比1︰50。媒染剂影响织物的颜色特征值,媒染染色可提高染色蚕丝织物的色牢度,丰富染色织物的色谱。This paper studied the effect of dyeing conditions on dye uptake of terminalia chebula pigment lor silk fabric,and the effect of mordant mass fraction and dyeing methods on the color of silk fabric. Besides,the color feature and color fastness of dyed silk fabric under the optimum dyeing process were tested. Results show that the optimum dyeing process for the direct dyeing of silk fabric with terminalia chebula pigment is as follows： pH value 4, dyeing temperature 85 ＇ and dyeing time 40 min. Cerium chloride,lanthanum chloride and aluminum sulfate serve as the mordant, the optimum dyeing method is post-mordant dyeing method, the optimal mass fraction is 4 %（o. w. f）,and liquor ratio is 1 ： 50. When calcium chloride is used as the mordant,the optimum dyeing method is one bath mordant method, the optimal mass fraction is 2 % （o. w. f ）,and liquor ratio is 1 ： 50. The mordant can affect color character value of dyed silk fabric, and mordant dyeing can improve the color fastness and enrich colors of dyed silk fabric.
