益生菌对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究不同益生菌对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标的影响。选取72对种鸽和144只1日龄乳鸽,随机分成4个组(A、B、C、D组),A组饲喂保健砂(对照组),B、C、D组分别在保健砂中添加嗜酸乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、粪肠球菌。结果表明:(1)各组间28日龄乳鸽的体重和平均日增重有一定的差异,但差异未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。(2)B组、C组和D组乳鸽的腹脂率分别比A组降低了37.61%、32.57%和36.70%(P<0.05)。D组乳鸽的全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率分别比A组提高了4.90%、9.12%和11.40%(P<0.05)。(3)各组间乳鸽的脾脏指数、法氏囊指数和胸腺指数有一定的差异,但未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。(4)B组乳鸽血清中的肌酐含量比A组降低了25.01%(P<0.05),C组乳鸽血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白和肌酐含量分别比A组降低了16.73%、16.76%和21.00%(P<0.05),D组乳鸽血清中肌酐和甘油三酯含量分别比A组降低了21.00%和30.63%(P<0.05)。综上所述,保健砂中添加嗜酸乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌和粪肠球菌均改善了乳鸽的屠宰性能和血清生化指标。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of three different probiotics （Lactobacillus aci- dophilus,Bifidobacterium lactis and Enterococcus faecalis）on growth performance, slaughter performance, immune function and serum biochemical parameters of pigeon.A total of 72 pairs of breeding pigeons and 144 squabs were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,group A were fed the health care sand （control group）, group B , C , and D were fed the health care sand with Lactobacillus acidophilus,Bifidobacterium lactis, and Enterococcus faecal is, resperctively.The results showed as follows： （1）There was no significant difference in the weight and average daily gain of squabson 28 （P 〉 0.05）.（2）The abdominal fat rate of group B,C and D were 37.61%,32.57% and 36.70% lower than that of group A.The eviscer-ated rate,breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of group D were 4.90%,9.12% and 11.40% higher than that of group A （P 〈 0.05）.（3）There was no significant difference in the spleen index, bursa index and thymus index among all groups （P 〉 0.05）.（4）The level of serum creatinine of group B were 25.01% lower than that of group A （P 〈 0.05）.The level of total protein,albumin and creatinine were 16.73%,16.76% and 21.00% lower than that of group A.The level of serum cre-atinine and triglycerides were 21.00% and 30.63% lower than that of group A （P 〈 0.05）.In summary,Lactobacillus aci-dophilus , Bifidobacterium lactis and Enterococcus faecalis can significantly improve the slaughter performance and serum biochemical parametersof squabs.
