摘　　要：文章对某水电站110kV变压器高压侧发生爆炸的套管进行现场分析,指出发生套管爆炸起火事故的根本原因是套管主绝缘被击穿,提出应加强运行过程中套管的定期检测、试验,及时发现缺陷,避免事故的发生。This paper analyzed the casing explosion on the high-pressure side of a hydropower station transformer 110 kY,and pointed out that the fundamental causes of tube explosion and fire accident is the main casing insulation breakdown, it should strengthen the regular inspection of casing running in the process of test, detect the defects, to avoid accidents.
