摘　　要：文章从新形势下传统科技查新面临的问题出发,通过分析研究,提出了改善科技查新现状的建议与措施。Based on the analysis of the problems faced by the traditional science and technology novelty search under the new situation, this thesis put forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval.
