智能电能表库在计量精益化管理中的应用

摘　　要：国网浙江省电力公司按照国家电网公司关于加强计量资产精益化管理的要求,将机械传送、无线扫描、智能监控等技术应用融入传统计量资产管理领域,逐步打造覆盖省计量中心、地市(县)公司、供电所的三级智能表库体系,并以此为中心,同步完善配送、装接、报废等业务环节的智能化改造。通过智能表库与营销业务应用系统的深度对接,实现计算机运行、调度、统计、分析一体化,提高资产管理效率,降低人为差错风险,全面提升计量精益化管理水平。In accordance with SGCC＇s requirements of strengthening lean metering asset management, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company integrates mechanical transmission, wireless scanning and intelligent monitoring into traditional asset management to create a smart meter library system covering provincial meter-ing center,municipal （county-level） companies and power supply substations. On this basis,intelligentization transformations of distribution, connection and discard are perfected simultaneously. Through deep joint of smart meter library and marketing application system,the operation,dispatching,collection and analysis are integrated to improve asset management efficiency,reduce manual errors and comprehensively enhance lean metering management level.
