摘 要:通过室温纳米压印技术对层层组装多层膜进行图案化,获得条带状银纳米粒子(Ag NPs)薄膜,实现高效的荧光增强效应。首先利用浸渍式层层组装技术制备聚丙烯酸/聚烯丙基胺聚电解质多层膜作为基膜。再通过喷涂式层层组装的方法,在基膜上交替沉积Ag NPs和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵盐酸盐(PDDA),得到含Ag·NPs的多层膜。最后,利用室温纳米压印技术将所制备的含Ag NPs的多层膜进行条带图案化,表征其荧光增强效应。结果表明:采用室温纳米压印技术能将模板上的花纹转移到含有无机Ag NPs的聚合物膜上,得到尺寸均匀、图形完整的花纹;制备的条带状Ag NPs薄膜能实现高效的荧光增强效果,对近红外荧光素Cy5增强了3.2倍。Strip patterned silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) films were prepared by layer-by-layer assembly and room-temperature nano-imprinting method to realize fluorescence enhancement effect. Firstly, poly (acrylic acid)/poly (allyl amine hydrochloride) multilayer membrane as support film was prepared using dipping layer-by-layer assembly method. Then, Ag NPs and PDDA were alternately deposited on the support film through spray layer-by-layer assembly method to Ag NPs multilayer membrare. Finally, the strip pattern on the obtained Ag NPs multilayer membrane was prepared by room-temperature nano-imprinting method and its fluorescence enhancement effect was characterized. The results show that room-temperature nano-imprinting method successfully transfers the strip pattern to the Ag-containing multilayer films and uniform size and complete pattern are obtained. More impor-tantly, the fluorescence intensity of near-infrared dyes of Cy5 increased by 3. 2 times by the strip patterned Ag multilayers.
