摘  要:目的考察枸橼酸钾溶液中抑菌剂的抑菌效果。方法以《中国药典》中规定的5种常规菌株金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉作为挑战菌,4组枸橼酸钾溶液分别加入含量为处方浓度0、80%、100%、120%的抑菌剂羟苯乙酯醇溶液,在刚生产时和刚过有效期时对样品进行抑菌活性试验,探讨其在6个月有效期内的抑菌剂有效性。结果枸橼酸钾溶液中羟苯乙酯醇溶液的处方量10%(mL/100 mL)时,对5种常规菌株的抑菌效力均符合药典规定。结论枸橼酸钾溶液中羟苯乙酯醇溶液现有处方浓度是可行的,而且在有效期内均能达到抑菌效果。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of antimicrobial preservatives in potassium citrate solution. Methods Five con-ventional strains : staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans and aspergillus niger required in Chinese Pharmacopoeia were used as challenging strains and added into four sets of potassium citrate solution with concentrations of an-timicrobial preservatives at 0,80% ,100% and 120% Respectively. Antimicrobial activity was then tested when the samples were just produced and just expired to investigate the antimicrobial effectiveness of the samples within six months of validity. Results When the concentration of ethylparaben alcoholic solution in potassium citrate solution was 10% (mL/100 mL) ,the antimicrobial effectiveness for 5 strains meet the requirements in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusions The concentration of ethylparaben alcoholic solution in potassium citrate solution is feasible and can achieve the antimicrobial effectiveness.
