摘 要:变体飞行器要求蒙皮在变形过程中具有一定的柔性以满足在特定方向大变形的需要,同时需要具备承受气动载荷的能力。以变弯度机翼为背景,研究了采用纤维增强弹性体方法制备的具有一维单向大变形能力的0泊松比柔性蒙皮。首先依据变形体理论给出了该柔性蒙皮结构的基本假定,然后采用增量关系对蒙皮非线性力学特性进行分析,建立了基于增量关系的理论模型;并通过试验对理论模型进行验证。结果表明,采用纤维增强弹性体方法设计的蒙皮具有高度的各向异性(两方向弹性模量的差距大于10~4数量级),同时在变形量不大于40%的条件下,具有稳定的应力应变关系,大变形方向弹性模量小于0.3 MPa。研究表明,纤维增强柔性蒙皮可部分满足单向拉伸变形的需要。A basic problem in the design of Morphing Aircraft is presented that the skin need to be flexible for undergo large deformation in a particular direction and the ability subjected to aerodynamic loading during the deformation process. Based on a background of variable camber or span-morphing wing. This paper studies a new flexible skin with 0 Poisson ratio which has an ability of unidirectional deformation in one-dimension prepared by the method of fiber reinforced elastomer. First of all, the basic assumptions of the flexible skin structure based on Nonlinear Deformable-body Theory were given. Then,study have analysed the nonlinear mechanical properties of skin by using incremental relationship, and a theoretical model was established using incremental relationship. Finally, the author validated the theoretical model through a series of tests. Results show that the skin with the design of fiber reinforced elastomer) has a high anisotropy (Two-directional differences of elastic modulus greater than 104) and a stable stress-strain relation of ≤40% deformation condition, and skin’s Elastic modulus in large deformation direction is less than 0. 3 MPa which can partially satisfy needs of uniaxial tensile deformation.
