摘 要:承插型盘扣式钢管模板支架目前在土建工程中广泛采用,其搭设方案直接关系到施工安全。目前针对这种支撑体系连接部位的研究较少,我国规范指出应采用半刚性连接模拟,并给出了一个刚度值,但没有说明应用范围。大多数研究者认为规范给出的节点刚度值低估了承插型盘扣式钢管模板支架的承载能力。针对实际工程的需要,通过足尺模型逐级加载试验,测试模板支架立杆的轴力,并通过有限元分析,对比实验和数值模拟结果,得到半刚性节点的刚度建议值。所得结果可为实际工程中该类模板支撑体系的计算分析提供试验和数据参考。The disk lock steel tubular scaffold is now widely used in civil engineering,whose erection scheme is directly related to construction safety.However,there is little study on the connection of this kind of supporting system now.The Chinese code pointed out that semi-rigid connection should be adopted in simulation and a reference stiffness value was given out,but the code did not specify its application range.Most researchers think that the given stiffness parameter underestimated the bearing capacity of the disk lock steel tubular type for support system.Aiming at the need of practical engineering,axial force of standing tube is tested with full scale model through loading step by step,and then data is compared with the results of finite element numerical simulation.A semi-rigid value is suggested.The results can provide test and analysis data for the calculation of practical engineering analysis for formwork support system.
