摘  要:研究了重庆市某4个农贸市场市售3大类19种蔬菜73个样品中Pb,Cd,Hg和As质量分数以及某13个蔬菜基地土壤和蔬菜的重金属Pb,Cd,Hg和As质量分数及相关性.结果表明,农贸市场蔬菜中重金属污染大小顺序为Cd>Pb>As>Hg,Pb、Cd污染最为严重的是葱蒜类,As污染最为严重的是根茎类.重庆市某13个蔬菜基地不同蔬菜中重金属污染大小顺序为As>Cd>Hg>Pb.叶菜类蔬菜中Cd,Hg的质量分数显著高于其它类蔬菜,而Pb和As的质量分数以根茎类远高于其它类蔬菜.蔬菜中Cd质量分数与土壤中Cd质量分数之间的正相关分析结果有统计学意义,线性方程为y=0.065+0.012x(p<0.01).Heavy metals Pb, Cd,Hg and As contents of vegetables ( 3 types, 19 species and 73 samples) in 4 main trade markets of agriculture in Chongqing have been investigated. The contents of heavy metals Pb, Cd, Hg and As in vegetables and soils, and the correlation of them in 13 main vegetable bases also been studied. The results show that significant differences of heavy metals contents are in different species vegetable of trade markets of agriculture and different vegetable bases in Chongqing, i. e. , Pb content of the order is rhizome vegetables (X= 0. 224 mg/kg) gallium vegetables (X = 0. 179 mg/kg)〉leaf vegeta-bles (X=0. 174 mg/kg) 〉solanaceous vegetables (X=0. 103 mg/kg) ; Cd content of the order is rhizome vegetables (X=0. 118 mg/kg) 〉allium vegetables (X=0. 107mg/kg)〉leaf vegetables (X=0. 102 mg/kg)〉s〇 - lanaceous vegetables (X=0. 093 mg/kg) ; Hg content of the order is rhizome vegetables (X=0. 004 mg/kg) 〉leaf vegetables (X=0. 003 mg/kg) 〉allium vegetables (X= 0. 002mg/kg) 〉solanaceous vegetables (X〈0. 001 mg/kg); As content of the order is rhizome vegetables (X= 0. 039 mg/kg) 〉leaf vegetables (X = 0. 023 mg/kg) gallium vegetables (X=0. 022mg/kg) = solanaceous vegetables (X = 0. 022 mg/kg).
