摘　　要：装备制造业作为国民经济的基础和工业化的重要载体,是一个国家或地区先进生产力的代表和竞争力的关键。我国先进装备制造业发展中面临的困境主要体现在缺乏产业核心竞争力,发展的体制机制障碍依然存在,产业技术创新的环境有待优化,先进装备制造业发展的支撑动力存在断档。供给侧改革背景下先进装备制造业竞争力提高的动力机制主要有科学技术的广泛应用,全面深化改革的持续推进,战略性新兴产业的全球兴起,国内市场需求潜力巨大。供给侧改革背景下提高我国先进装备制造业竞争力,需要推动我国先进装备制造集聚区建设,构建我国先进装备制造业转型升级的生态系统,激发我国科技创新和人才资源潜力,建立开放的先进装备制造业技术创新体系。Equipment manufacturing, as the foundation of the national economy and an important carrier of industrialization, represents the advanced productivity of a nation or a region, and is also the key of their competitiveness. The plight of China’s advanced equipment manufacturing development mainly embodies in lacking of the core industrial competitiveness; the institutional and mechanism obstacles to the development still exist; the innovation environments of industrial technologies need to be optimized; the support power of the advanced equipment manufacturing de-velopment exist discontinuity. The power mechanisms of improving the competitive ability of the advanced equipment manufacturing under the background of the supply-side reform mainly includes the wide application of science and technology, the continuous progress of the deepen reform comprehensively, the global rise of strategic emerging industries, the huge potential domestic market. Improving the competitive ability of China’s advanced equipment manufacturing under the background of the supply-side reform requires propelling on the construction of agglomeration area of advanced equipment manufacturing in China; constructing the ecological system for the advanced equipment manufacturing transformation and up-grading, inspiring science and technology innovations and talent resource potentials, establishing an open system for the technological innovations of the advanced equipment manufacturing.
