摘　　要：目的:筛选穿心莲内酯自乳化释药系统的最佳处方。方法:通过筛选得出该自乳化系统的油相、表面活性剂和助表面活性剂,确定最佳处方组成比例。结果:穿心莲内酯最佳自乳化给药系统由中链甘油三酸酯、膏状大豆卵磷脂和无水乙醇组成,最佳质量比为3:2:1。结论:穿心莲内酯自乳化制剂制备工艺简单,质量稳定,能显著提高药物的溶解度。Objective： to select the best prescription of andrographolide self-emulsifying drug delivery system. Methods： the oil phase, surfactant and co-surfactant are selected to determine the optimum formulation. Results： the best andrographolide self-emulsifying drug delivery system consists of medium chain triglycerides, paste soy lecithin and ethanol; the optimum ratio is 3：2：1. Conclusion：andrographolide self-emulsifying preparation process is simple, has a stable quality, and can significantly improve the solubility of the drug.
