明党参根皮中异欧前胡素的体内抗肿瘤活性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究明党参根皮中异欧前胡素的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法:异欧前胡素设三个剂量组,低剂量组(0.2mg·kg^(-1))、中剂量组(0.4mg·kg^(-1))、高剂量组(0.8mg·kg^(-1)),阳性药物组(环磷酰胺30mg·kg^(-1)),采用移植性肿瘤模型的方法,观察实体瘤生长情况,并计算各组抑瘤率。结果:异欧前胡素低、中、高剂量组的抑瘤率分别为28.67%、59.29%、66.38%,阳性药物组的抑瘤率为66.93%,但对小鼠免疫器官有损伤。结论:异欧前胡素对小鼠肝癌移植瘤有明显的抗肿瘤作用,并对机体免疫器官有保护作用。Objective： To study anti-tumor activity of isoimperatorin in the root bark of Changium smyrnioides Wolff in vivo. Methods：There are three dose groups of isoimperatorin, low dose group （0.2mg·kg^-1）, middle dose group （0.4mg·kg^-1）, high dose group （0.8mg·kg^-1）;Positive drug group （cyclophosphamide 30mg·kg^-1）. This research uses the method of transplanted tumor model, to observe the growth of solid tumor, and calculate the anti-tumor rate of each group. Results：The anti-tumor rates of isoimperatorin in low, middle, high dose group are 28.67%, 59.29%, 66.38%; anti-tumor rate of the positive drug group is 66.93%, but the immune organs of mice are damaged. Conclusion：Isoimperatorin has obvious anti-tumor effect on liver cancer transplanted tumor in mice, and has a protective effect on immune organs.
