摘 要:当直流配电网中可再生能源占比较高时,其随机波动的特性将劣化交流并网点的电压质量,甚至危害交流配电网正常运行。为了抑制这种功率波动对交流配电网的影响,提出一种计算直流配电网与交流配电网间功率波动最大值的方法,并建立交直流配电网间交换功率的波动越限幅值总和以及波动越限概率2个指标。基于这些量化指标,提出了利用储能和柔性直流换流器抑制交直流配电网间功率波动的联合控制策略。两端"手拉手"式直流配电网的仿真结果表明,该策略能有效减少交直流配电网间交换的有功功率波动越限的概率,提高直流配电网消纳可再生能源的能力。The characteristic of random fluctuation of renewable source may degrade voltagpoint or even endanger normal operation of AC power distribution network due to its high proportion in DC power distribu-tion network. In order to restrain influence of this power fluctuation on the AC power distribution network, this paper pres-ents a kind of method for calculating the maximum value of power fluctuation betweeworks and establishes two indexes including sum of exchange power fluctuation out-of-limit amplitudes and fluctuation out-of-limit probability between AC and DC power distribution network.. Based on quantitative indexes, it proposes a combined control strategy for restraining power fluctuation between AC and DC power distribution networks by using energy storage and flexibleDC converte. Simulation results of hand-in-hand DC power distribution network indicateffectively reduce probability of active power fluctuation out-of-limit and improve the ability of DCpower distribution net-work to absorb renewable sources.
