压疮处理效果评价指标的循证分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析近年来国内外有关压疮处理效果评价指标的应用情况,为压疮处理效果评价指标体系的构建提供参考。[方法]采用循证分析的方法检索中英文数据库,阅读摘要后初步筛选出符合纳入及排除标准的文献,提取文献中使用的评价指标以及评价指标的判断标准、测量方法、评价工具或计算公式,并对所提取的评价指标进行整理分类与分析。[结果]最终纳入500篇文献,其中中文文献461篇,共提取65个评价指标,应用频次≥10次的指标共15项;英文文献39篇,共提取56个评价指标,应用频次≥5次的指标共8项。评价指标分为创面愈合效果、病人感受、病人安全以及经济效果4类,其中反映创面愈合效果的评价指标占总指标的65%以上,同一指标有2种及以上的评价标准、测量方法、评价工具或计算公式的占10%以上,且这些指标较常应用。[结论]临床医务人员应当规范使用压疮处理效果评价指标,并拓展压疮处理效果评价范围。Objective:It analyzed the application of evaluation indicators of treatment effect of pressure ulcer at home and abroad in recent years,and provided references for the construction of evaluation indicators system of treatment effect of pressure ulcer.Methods:Using the method of evidence-based analysis to retrieve Chinese and English database,the abstracts were initially screened for inclusion and exclusion criteria,the evaluation indicators used in the literature,as well as evaluation criteria,measurement methods,evaluation tools or calculation formula of it were extracted,The classification and analysis of the evaluation indicators were also carried out.Results:Finally 500 articles were included,of which 461 Chinese literature,a total of 65 evaluation indicators were extracted,the application frequency ≥10 of the indicators were 15 items.Of which 39 English literature,a total of 56 evaluation indicators were extracted,the application frequency≥5 of the indicators were 8 items.Evaluation indicators were divided into wound healing effect,patient experience,patient safety and economic effect of four categories,of which the wound healing effect of the evaluation indicators accounted for more than 65% of the total indicators.The same index had two or more evaluation criteria,measurement methods,evaluation tools or calculation formula accounted for more than 10% and these indicators were more often used.Conclusions:Clinical medical staff should use evaluation indicators of treatment effect of pressure ulcer normatively and expand evaluation range of treatment effect of pressure ulcer.
