摘　　要：[目的]探讨失效模式和效应分析理论(FMEA)在临床护士标准预防执行中的作用。[方法]选择某院急诊科、ICU、手术室、神经内科、神经外科、妇科、肿瘤科125名临床护士进行3个月的观察,了解其标准预防执行现状。按FMEA研究步骤对临床护士标准预防的执行情况进行干预,组成团队讨论临床护士执行标准预防的失效环节或情境,分析失效的原因,制订评分细则后计算风险优先指数,根据最高风险优先处理的原则,制订并实施干预措施。[结果]实施FMEA干预后各科室临床护士标准预防的风险优先指数值明显降低,标准预防执行率明显提高(P<0.05)。[结论]应用FMEA可以有效提高临床护士标准预防执行率。Objective:To probe into the role of failure mode and effect analysis theory(FMEA)in clinical nurses' implementation of standard prevention.Methods:It selected 125 clinical nurses of a hospital emergency department,ICU,operating room,neurology,neurosurgery,gynecology,oncology for 3 months observation,to understand the status quo of the implementation of standard prevention.According to the FMEA research steps to study the implementation of the standard prevention of clinical nurses to form a team to discuss failure or situation of clinical nurses to carry out standard prevention,analyze the cause of failure,calculate the risk priority index after making the scoring rules,formulate and implement the intervention measures according to the principle of maximum risk priority.Results:After the implementation of FMEA intervention,the risk index of clinical nurses in each department was significantly reduced,and the implementation rate of standard prevention was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions:Application of FMEA could effectively improve the implementation rate of standard prevention of clinical nurses.
