摘　　要：创新人才培养模式和改革专业传统教学模式是高职会计教育不断适应新形势发展的重要途径,以佛山职业技术学院会计专业为例,对高职会计人才培养模式进行探索,确立了PCCC-CDIO人才培养模式,CDIO代表构思(Conceive)、设计(Design)、实现(Implement)和运作(Operate),PCCC即基于CDIO的"岗位(positions)、课程(course)、证书(certificate)、竞赛(contest)"融合的会计人才培养模式,并加以实践。The innovation of talent training mode and the reform of traditional teaching mode are important ways to adapt to the new situation of accounting education in higher vocational colleges.This paper takes the accounting profession of Foshan Polytechnic as an example to explore the training mode of accounting talents in higher vocational education and establish the model of CDIO-PCCC personnel training.CDIO denotes conceive,design,implement and operate.PCCC is the accounting personnel training mode which based on the amalgamation of positions,course,certificate and contest of CDIO.It is put into practice.
