类抗-Ce自身抗体引起配血不合鉴定及输血分析

摘　　要：目的对1例临床自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者标本血清抗体进行鉴定,做出准确的输血指导,保障临床输血有效。方法采用血型血清学进行ABO血型正反定型试验,直接抗人球蛋白试验,间接抗人球蛋白试验,抗体鉴定试验,吸收放散试验,最后进行交叉配血。结果在患者血清中发现自身类抗-Ce抗体,并成功进行配合性输血。结论对于临床疑难标本,应该认真分析,查找原因,最后实现配合性输血,提高临床用血安全。Objective To identify the serum antibody in a case of autoimmune hemolytic anemia, and to make a correct guidance for the transfusion of blood transfusion. Methods The blood group serology of ABO blood group typing test, direct antiglobulin test, indirect anti human globulin test, antibody test, absorption elution test. Finally, cross matching of blood. Results Anti-Ce antibodies were found in the serum of patients, and with the success of the matching of blood transfusion. Conclusion For clinical diffcult samples, it should be carefully analyzed to fnd out the reasons, and fnally to achieve the cooperation of blood transfusion, improve the clinical use of blood safety.
