以眼部症状就诊的2型糖尿病患者护理总结

摘　　要：目的总结以眼部症状为主的2型糖尿病患者的护理措施。方法回顾以眼部症状首诊于眼科的2型糖尿病患者共40例的临床资料,总结本组患者的临床护理措施。结果本组40例患者经过血糖控制以及眼科专科治疗,其中39例患者眼部临床症状明显好转,患者眼部视力不同程度提高,1例患者眼部症状无改善,确诊为视网膜中央动脉完全阻塞,给予激光手术治疗后好转。结论全面科学的护理措施是糖尿病眼部并发症患者治疗的关键,患者应该坚持长期治疗、护理以及观察,必要者给予手术治疗。Objective To summarize the nursing measures of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is mainly based on the ocular symptoms. Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with type 40 diabetes who were treated in our hospital were treated in our hospital. Results 40 patients in this group were treated with blood glucose control and Department of Ophthalmology, 39 patients with ocular symptoms improved significantly, the patients with different degree of visual acuity improved, patients with no improvement in symptoms, the diagnosis of central retinal artery occlusion, given the improvement of laser surgery. Conclusion Comprehensive scientific nursing measures are key to the treatment of patients with diabetic eye complications, patients should adhere to long-term treatment, care and observation, the need for surgical treatment.
