摘　　要：方言学界一向把凤凰方言划归西南官话。文章详细考察了李启群2011年发表的凤凰方言同音字汇,发现该方言文白自成系统,其文读层属于西南官话不成问题,而白读层则跟官话相去甚远,按照《中国语言地图集》的汉语方言分区方案应划归赣语洞绥片。吴宗济1935年所记反映的仅仅是文读层。The Fenghuang dialect had been included in the Southwestern Mandarin by dialectologists since the early 1960 s.Reviewed the homophony syllabary of the Fenghuang dialect(published by LI Qi-qun in 2011)in detail,this article finds that the colloquial and the literary pronunciation of the Fenghuang dialect have their own individual systems.It is unquestionable that the literary layer of the Fenghuang dialect belongs to the Southwestern Mandarin,but the colloquial layer obviously is a kind of Gan-Hakka dialect.According to the scheme of the Chinese dialectal division in Language Atlas of China,it should be included in Dong-Sui cluster of Gan group.The survey on the Fenghuang dialect conducted by WU Zong-ji in 1935 only reflected its literary layer.
